No more tracking who you owe in a notes app. Members request reimbursements right from their phone, and treasurers approve them in one place.
- Snap a receipt and Rally reads it. The merchant, amount, date, and category are filled in for you automatically.
- A real review inbox. Approve, deny with a reason, ask for more info, or mark paid via Venmo, Zelle, cash, check, or bank transfer — with a live total of what's pending.
- It flows into your budget. Tie an approved reimbursement to a budget category so the spend shows up on its own.
Run events with buy-ins, attendance & no-show fines
Events are now a way to collect and keep track, not just a calendar entry.
- Buy-in events with self-signup. Members tap “I'm going,” and you bill everyone who opted in with a single click.
- One-tap attendance. Mark attended, excused, or absent per member with a live attendance rate — it saves as you go.
- No-show fines you approve, never surprises. Set a fine on the event and every absence becomes a proposed fine on your review list — issue or dismiss them in one pass.
- Collecting on Venmo? Point an event off-platform and send every member their own payment link.
Pay — and get paid back — by text
Your dues number now works both ways. No app, no password.
- Text “PAY” to get an instant, secure checkout link and your current balance.
- Text “REIMBURSE” to submit a receipt by text — confirm with a quick PIN, snap the photo, done.
- A friendly reply menu answers any other text with helpful options instead of going silent.
